Christina has been practicing law in the Tampa Bay area since 2005. She started out her career with a small downtown Tampa law firm as the only associate of the firm. After graduating law school, Christina came upon the “proverbial” fork in the road. She had to decide whether to continue her studies and pursue her acceptance into the University of Florida LLM tax program or accept the position as an associate attorney in Tampa. Upon the advice of one of her highly respected law school tax professors, she decided to accept the associate attorney position and has never looked back. In such role with her first firm, she practiced in the areas of estate planning and probate, corporate and business transactions, and commercial litigation. Over the years, she has narrowed her practice to assisting clients with the preparation of their estate planning documents; probate, trust, and guardianship administration; and corporate and business transactions. As a Tampa, Florida, trust and probate attorney, she has also assisted several clients in will, trust, and probate disputes.
Having lost both of her parents as a young adult, Christina is familiar with the grief clients experience upon the loss of a loved one. She also understands the emotions and stress clients feel when they are faced with the declining health of a loved one. She understands just how important it is to have a medical directive. Christina enjoys sitting down with a client and listening to his or her story so she can understand the client’s long-term wishes. Whether she is preparing a client’s will or trust or administering a loved one’s estate, she will walk them through the process with compassion and one-on-one attention. As a corporate lawyer in Tampa, Florida, Christina also prides herself in drafting and reviewing business contracts with meticulous detail, but also with the client’s end goal in mind. In her free time, Christina enjoys spending time with her husband and children. She is an avid golfer and tennis player.
